Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of mechanics to maintain high productivity and low downtime.
• Oversee preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and major repair workflows for heavy trucks and equipment.
• Enforce top-tier safety standards, shop protocols, and OSHA compliance.
• Track parts inventory, manage work orders, and coordinate repair priorities with fleet management.
