Job summary

Clarke Power Services, Inc. is seeking a Foreman - Diesel Technician/Fleet Mechanic to lead a team in performing fleet maintenance, including engine, transmission, and electrical diagnostics.

You will prioritize shop workload, coordinate with vendors, and ensure quality repairs while tracking performance metrics. Strong leadership and extensive diesel experience are required for this hands-on supervisory role in our Tennessee service center.

Qualifications

• 10+ years fleet or dealer experience.
• Preferred Diesel Program Certificate or degree from college or technical school.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and assign shop workload.
• Follow up with vendors via phone and email.
• Monitor/schedule upcoming work using fleet management software.
• Record repairs/inspections on trucks, trailers, and autos.
• Assist other technicians with diagnostics.
• Work with branch manager on KPIs.
• Review and close service orders when repairs are complete.
• Monitor inventory and review service orders for correct parts billing.
