Job summary

Jobtailor seeks a DevOps professional to design, build, and maintain Customer Reference Environments (CREs) providing secure, scalable foundations for customer deployments.

You will automate infrastructure with Ansible, manage CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitHub, and oversee release processes with Artifactory while collaborating across engineering, product, and services teams to ensure repeatable, compliant deployments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 6+ years in related field or equivalent experience.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain Customer Reference Environments (CREs) for secure, scalable deployments.
• Develop infrastructure automation and configuration management using Ansible.
• Build, manage, and optimize CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins and GitHub.
• Manage artifact storage, versioning, and release promotion with Artifactory.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, support, and services teams for environment setup, upgrades, and maintenance.
• Monitor environment health, troubleshoot deployment and infra issues, drive root-cause analysis.
