Job summary

Toyota North America is seeking a Lead DevOps Engineer to drive technical direction for cloud-native platforms, CI/CD, and automation. You will lead architecture decisions, set standards, and act as a force multiplier across the DevOps team while staying hands-on in automation and platform engineering.

Expect to mentor senior and junior engineers, advance automated delivery, and partner with security, product, and engineering leadership to align technical goals with business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Defines and owns the technical vision, architecture, and multi-year roadmap for cloud-native platforms, CI/CD, and automation.
• Designs self-service platforms and automation frameworks for multiple engineering teams.
• Establishes engineering, operations, and DevSecOps standards across the department.
