Humana seeks a Lead DevOps Engineer to shape and govern the enterprise Developer Tools and Software Catalog. You will own end-to-end tooling strategy, partner across teams, and drive modernization, automation, and self-service to enhance developer productivity and platform reliability.

Ideal candidates bring 8+ years in software engineering/DevOps with strong Azure, CI/CD, and scripting experience, plus a track record in tooling governance and DX initiatives.

Formación

• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure, Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, Git, SQL, and Java or .NET development.
• Experience with artifact management platforms such as JFrog and integrations with core DevOps platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the strategy, governance, and lifecycle management of the enterprise developer tooling ecosystem.
• Partner with Engineering, Security, Infrastructure, Architecture, and Product teams to drive Developer Experience (DevEx).
• Expand automation and self-service capabilities; establish tooling standards and best practices.
