Job summary
Oscar is seeking a DevOps Leader to drive design, build, and support of cloud-native and on-prem enterprise software solutions. You will lead the DevOps team, mentor staff, and implement automated release pipelines to accelerate software delivery.

Qualifications
- Undergraduate IT degree is required.
- Experience with end-to-end development of large-scale, full-stack solutions.
- Strong experience with Cloud solutions like Azure and OCI.
- Strong experience with Kubernetes.
- Strong experience with SAST/DAST tooling.
- Experience with databases such as MongoDB and Oracle.
Responsibilities
- Drive DevOps maturation and tooling upgrades.
- Build and lead a team of DevOps Engineers delivering applications.
- Mentor staff to grow skills and capabilities.
- Engineer and implement automation solutions and improvements.
- Collaborate with R&D and IT leadership to ensure staffing.
- Establish an automated DevOps release management pipeline.
- Provide a full set of DevOps ALM tools for automated pipelines.
- Partner with R&D and operations to develop automation modules.
- Drive KPIs and metrics to measure business outcomes.
- Plan multiple responsibilities to meet project objectives.
