Job summary

SLED IT Solutions Inc is seeking a Senior DevOps Technical Lead to provide hands-on leadership for the design, implementation, governance, and continuous improvement of an enterprise DevSecOps platform and CI/CD ecosystem across cloud and on-prem environments.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you will independently own initiatives, lead DevOps resources, resolve complex issues, and collaborate across application, cloud, cybersecurity, architecture, infrastructure, and business teams from

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years as DevOps Engineer or Tech Lead in enterprise environments.
• Minimum 4 years leading CI/CD pipelines for cloud deployments.
• Experience building, packaging, deploying Docker containers in dev/prod.
• Experience managing CI/CD pipelines including canaries, gating, and failed deployments.
• Experience scripting (PowerShell/Bash) and coding in an OOP language.
• Experience documenting architecture and technical diagrams.
• Experience deploying microservices to production cloud infrastructure (Kubernetes).
• Experience security automation in NIST/FedRAMP environments.
• Experience agile ceremonies and basic project management.

• Provide hands-on leadership for design, implementation, governance, and improvement of an enterprise DevSecOps platform and CI/CD ecosystem.
• Lead DevOps initiatives across cloud and on-prem environments; set engineering standards and security controls.
• Collaborate with application, cloud, cybersecurity, architecture, infrastructure, and business teams through design to production deployment.
