Job summary

Applied Materials is seeking a Process Engineer to design and optimize manufacturing processes for display and semiconductor technologies. You will collect data, characterize hardware, troubleshoot issues, and generate technical documentation.

You will collaborate with vendors and customers to implement innovative process solutions and work with leading R&D teams on state-of-the-art projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
• 10-15 years of experience in semiconductor/process engineering.

Responsibilities

• Integration lead for FEOL/MEOL/BEOL projects for Advanced Logic and/or Memory for IMS group.
• Provide strong technical leadership for module development for logic and/or memory technologies (i.e. Channel, Junction, Gate, Contact, Interconnects, NAND, DRAM etc.).
• Design and implement new technology for integrated materials solutions.
• Develop, plan and execute process engineering projects for a range of novel integrated materials solutions.
• Interact with key customers and BUs to resolve significantly complex process engineering issues for a range of products to address our customers High Value Problems (HVP).
