Job summary

Responsibilities

• Integration lead for FEOL/MEOL/BEOL projects for Advanced Logic and/or Memory for IMS group.
• Provide strong technical leadership for module development for logic and/or memory technologies (i.e. Channel, Junction, Gate, Contact, Interconnects, NAND, DRAM).
• Design and implement new technology for integrated materials solutions.
• Develop, plan and execute process engineering projects for a range of novel integrated materials solutions.
• Interact with key customers and BUs to resolve complex process engineering issues for high value problems.
