Job summary

Qualifications

Travel - Up to 10%

Responsibilities

Lead development, optimization, and implementation of device engineering methodologies, processes, and solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate, integrate, and introduce new technologies, features, and process enhancements.
Mentor, train, and provide technical guidance to engineers and project team members to support knowledge sharing and capability development.
Contribute to technical publications, conference presentations, patents, and industry knowledge advancement activities.
