Job summary

Huntress is seeking a senior leader to own Detection Engineering & Threat Hunting for North America, translating global goals into regional roadmaps and building a high-performing, 100% remote team.

You will partner with leaders across Product, Engineering, and Security, drive KPI reporting, and serve as the senior contact during high-impact security incidents, while shaping regional standards and growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading technical security teams (Detection Eng, Hunting or IR).
• Experience managing distributed/remote teams and aligning with global goals.
• Ability to guide Staff/Principal Engineers and communicate with non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own Detection Engineering & Threat Hunting execution for North America.
• Translate global strategic goals into regional roadmaps.
• Manage and grow regional practitioners, incl. hiring strategy and performance management.
