Job summary

You will oversee Windows OS imaging, printer and peripheral deployments, and mentor junior analysts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 8+ years relevant experience preferred.
• Active DoD TS/SCI clearance required.
• Current 8140/IAT II (SEC+ or equivalent) certification required.
• 4+ years enterprise systems administration and IT service desk experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate desktop installation projects and organize tasks and equipment.
• Design, configure, and maintain enterprise endpoint systems including OS imaging.
• Lead and mentor junior desktop system analysts; enforce SLAs.
• Perform root-cause analysis for Endpoints and Printers.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity and network teams to enforce IT security policies.
