Job summary

Leidos is seeking an experienced IT professional to manage enterprise desktops in an Intune environment. You will deploy, image, and maintain Windows workstations, administer Active Directory, and enforce policy controls.

The role spans endpoint security, compliance, and user support in a secure, enterprise-scale setting near Indianapolis. You will design and implement Intune solutions, automate where possible with PowerShell, and troubleshoot across devices and networks to ensure reliable

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems or relevant field.
• US citizenship and ability to obtain public trust clearance.
• 5+ years practical experience in the field.
• Experience administering Microsoft Intune managed desktops and Azure Entra.
• Located near Indianapolis, IN and able to be on-site daily.

Responsibilities

• Provide enterprise desktop administration and support in an Intune managed environment.
• Build, image, deploy, and maintain Windows workstations using gold images and templates.
• Administer AD objects and enforce Group Policy for compliance.
• Procure, track, and keep software licensing up to date.
• Design, implement, and maintain Intune endpoint management solutions.
• Troubleshoot Intune issues including device configuration and policy application.
• Identify, prioritize, and remediate endpoint vulnerabilities.
• Navigate security and compliance challenges including audit readiness.
• End user support and clear communication with technical and non-technical staff.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity, VPN, DNS, firewall rules, and related issues.
