Job summary

Dexcom is seeking a Desktop Support Level 3 professional to join a collaborative IT team. You will support end-user devices, manage endpoint configurations, and work with multiple IT teams to ensure reliable service across the enterprise.

Ideal candidates have 4–6 years of related experience, strong Windows/AD/M365 skills, and familiarity with warehouse environments. This role is based at our Mesa, AZ site with regular hours and on-call rotation.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of related IT/desktop support experience.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in warehouse/distribution environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide desktop and endpoint support across the enterprise.
• Collaborate with Service Desk, Desktop Support, Infrastructure, Security and Applications teams.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
• Maintain IT security policies and standards.
