Job summary

Dexcom seeks a senior Endpoint Engineer to define and own the technical direction for Windows and macOS endpoints across Corporate, R&D, and Manufacturing. You will design secure architectures using Intune, MECM, and Jamf, and lead complex projects from planning to execution.

You will collaborate with Security, Infrastructure, Manufacturing IT, and R&D to ensure compliance and drive global standards while mentoring engineers through reviews and best-practice guidance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline and 13+ years of related experience.
• Alternatively, Master’s with 8+ years or PhD with 5+ years of experience.
• Experience leading enterprise endpoint projects and security-focused implementations.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the technical direction for Windows and macOS endpoints across Corporate, R&D, and Manufacturing.
• Design scalable, secure endpoint architectures using Intune, MECM, and Jamf.
• Lead and manage complex endpoint projects from planning to execution.
• Collaborate with Security, Infrastructure, Manufacturing IT, and R&D to meet compliance and audit requirements.
• Mentor engineers through design reviews and best-practice guidance.
• Establish and enforce endpoint standards, policies, and lifecycle processes globally.
