Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional game design experience with team leadership.
• Experience shaping live-service games from development through launch.
• Proven ability to design and lead multiplayer features with strong system integration.

Responsibilities

• Lead a feature team by setting scope, objectives, and milestones for gameplay.
• Mentor and evaluate designers, providing growth feedback.
• Define sprint goals and manage tradeoffs, costs, and priorities.
