Job summary

Pocket is seeking a Senior Designer to shape product design and lead complex projects within a founding design team. You will define how designs are crafted, mentor junior designers, and directly impact the creation of innovative AI hardware and software products.

As an essential member of our team, you'll work in a high-trust environment while contributing to design systems and fostering a compelling brand identity. We're looking for someone with both hardware and software design expertise who is ready to invent new design methodologies.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of product design experience with meaningful 0-to-1 product work.
• Designed at the intersection of hardware and software.
• Fluent in Figma and various prototyping tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead design across complex surfaces and mentor junior talent.
• Research latest design trends and execute end-to-end experience design.
• Drive cohesive visual identity across all touch points.
