Job summary

Chime is hiring a Product Manager to lead the Home experience, app-wide foundations, and design system on the AI & App Experience team. You’ll shape how members understand their finances, navigate the app, and take actions that help them progress.

You’ll own strategy and execution for Home and shared capabilities, partnering with Design and Engineering to evolve navigation, components, and infrastructure, while measuring impact and driving adoption across teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a Product Manager.
• Experience building and scaling consumer-facing mobile products.
• Experience working on design systems and shared app capabilities.
• Strong product judgment translating complex financial data into simple experiences.
• Experience partnering with Design and Engineering with technical fluency.
• Track record translating ambiguous problems into clear strategy and roadmap.
• Experience aligning multiple product teams without direct authority.
• Evidence of using analytics, experimentation, and feedback to guide decisions.
• Experience operating where quality, trust, and speed matter.
• Experience driving adoption of a shared product across teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision and roadmap for Home and app-wide capabilities.
• Shape Home into a personalized financial command center that helps members understand changes and what to do next.
• Partner with product teams to integrate balances, activity, insights, and actions into a cohesive experience.
• Collaborate with Design and Engineering to evolve navigation, information architecture, components, patterns, tooling, and infrastructure.
• Identify opportunities to simplify journeys and create scalable solutions across the product.
• Drive adoption of shared capabilities across product teams while balancing coherence and innovation.
• Establish success measures using signals like comprehension, task completion, engagement, and system adoption.
• Define how AI and personalization can make Home more relevant for members.
