Milwaukee Tool is seeking a Manager of Design Engineering to lead design engineers and CAD designers in developing next-generation power tools. You will drive new product development, lifecycle support, and technology integration while collaborating with product, manufacturing, and commercial teams.

You will manage complex projects, build resource plans, and communicate project status and financials to executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering; graduate studies in business areas preferred.
• Minimum 10 years engineering experience in related field.
• Experience managing engineering departments and new product development teams.
• Strong leadership and financial acumen with cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Provide engineering leadership and direct new product development activities.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, at cost, and within budget.
• Develop resource plans and manage risk across programs.
• Regularly present status updates to stakeholders and leadership.
• Recruit, develop and coach engineering staff and project leaders.
