MacDonald-Miller Facility Solutions seeks a Lead Design Engineer to own the design and engineering of HVAC and plumbing systems on multiple exciting projects. You will act as both project manager and lead designer, guiding concepts through completion while partnering with clients, teams, and engineers.

You’ll own meaningful ownership, solve complex challenges, and grow responsibilities, with autonomy, resources, and support to do your best work.

Competenze

• 7+ years of experience designing HVAC and/or plumbing systems in mechanical contracting or engineering environments.
• Experience designing mechanical systems, performing engineering calculations, selecting equipment, and developing coordinated HVAC/plumbing layouts.

Mansioni

• Lead the design and engineering of HVAC and plumbing systems for projects.
• Serve as project manager and lead designer, guiding projects from concept through completion.
• Collaborate with clients, project teams, and fellow engineers to deliver design solutions.
