You will lead scheduling, site supervision, safety, and quality control across multiple projects, with a path for advancement and competitive compensation in the Chicago market.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry.
• Exceptional leadership and project management skills.
• Proficiency in scheduling and developing project schedules.
• Strong problem-solving abilities to resolve delays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Solid knowledge of construction safety regulations and quality standards.
• A degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all stages of project life cycles from conception to completion.
