Job summary

MKH Search Limited seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead a portfolio of projects from preconstruction through closeout. You’ll own contracts, budgets, timelines, and client relationships while mentoring Assistant PMs and junior staff.

The role requires 6+ years in construction management, with preferred experience on K-12 or municipal projects, strong financial acumen, and proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6 and MS Office.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of construction management experience on varying sizes and scopes.
• Experience leading own K-12 and/or municipal projects preferred.
• End-to-end project management including contracts, budgets, and schedules.
• Strong grasp of project financials: estimating, forecasting, billing and cost tracking.
• Ability to perform accurate material quantity take-offs.
• Proficient with Procore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6 and MS Office.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction, engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from preconstruction through closeout as primary contact.
• Own contracts, budgets, schedules, and client relationships.
• Mentor Assistant PMs and junior team members.
• Lead subcontractor buyout, scope development, and GMP alignment.
• Build and manage schedules, budgets, and monthly forecasts.
• Manage changes, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation.
• Coordinate with field leadership on sequencing and safety, and permit actions.
