KLA Industries, Inc. in Mattoon, Illinois invites a Dermatologist with Mohs Surgery expertise to lead a brand-new Dermatology & Mohs service line from the ground up.

You will design the clinical workflow, establish protocols, and shape an autonomous, high-quality practice backed by a robust health system. You will provide outpatient evaluation and surgical management of skin cancers, perform Mohs procedures, build referral networks, and create a patient-centered environment with a focus on

Qualifications

• MD or DO with completed Dermatology residency (US or equivalent)
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Dermatology; Mohs Fellowship preferred
• Active Illinois medical license (or eligible) and DEA registration

Responsabilités

• Lead the setup and rollout of a brand-new Dermatology and Mohs Surgery service line
• Provide outpatient evaluation, diagnosis, and surgical management for skin cancers
• Perform Mohs micrographic surgeries and reconstructions as facility capabilities are established
• Establish clinical protocols, procure equipment, and guide clinic layout
• Develop referral networks with regional PCPs, surgeons, oncologists, and APPs
• Maintain a patient-centered environment with high clinical quality and safety standards
