Job summary

JB Dental Lab is seeking a Removables Technician to craft high-quality removable dentures under supervision. You will fabricate dentures, perform wax-ups, finishes, relines, and repairs, and contribute to the start-to-finish production process in a fast-paced lab environment.

The role requires strong attention to detail, dexterity, and the ability to work independently while maintaining superior quality standards.

Qualifications

• Formal training in dental laboratory technology or related field.
• Keen attention-to-detail and dexterity required.
• Ability to stand or sit for extended periods; lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate high-quality dental removable prosthesis and dentures, including repairs.
• Apply finishing touches to removable dentures prior to QA.
• Perform wax-up, process, and finish complete dentures and partials.
• Set up teeth as needed.
• Perform relines and repairs on removable prosthesis/dentures.
• Construct removable prosthesis and dentures with suitable materials.
