As Lead Dentist, you’ll guide and develop your dental team while helping deliver high‑quality, patient‑centered care. Salary:$201,000- $245,000 full‑time annual salary range.

What You'll Do

• Provide comprehensive dental services, including general restorative and preventive care, crown and bridge, removable prosthetics, endodontics, and oral surgery.

• Lead, coach, and support Staff Dentists to promote clinical proficiency, professional growth, and consistent, high‑quality patient care.

• Guide and support dental team members in daily operations, fostering collaboration, accountability, and a positive team‑based care environment.

• Partner with the Dental Director and Dental Practice Manager to support patient access, quality objectives, operational priorities, and continuous improvement.

What You'll Bring
