Job summary

Chapa-De Indian Health is seeking a Dentist to provide patient-centered care in a collaborative team setting. You will deliver general restorative and preventive services including crown/bridge, removable prosthetics, endodontics, and oral surgery, while educating patients on oral health and supervising Dental Assistants.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree required.
• One year experience in a dental practice.
• Current BLS certificate.
• Current DEA License.

Salary: $201,000- $245,000 full-time annual salary range.
