Eastern Dental of Flemington is seeking a Clinical Leader to guide a multi-specialty team in a full-time role. You will oversee comprehensive exams, diagnosis, and treatment planning for an established patient base in Flemington, NJ.

The practice offers a generous base plus incentives, company-paid malpractice, and a full benefits package. A 5-day workweek emphasizes leadership and high-quality care with ongoing education opportunities.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree required.
• Active NJ dental license to practice dentistry.
• CDS license required.
• DEA license required.
• Minimum 5 years of clinical experience at a dental practice.
• Excellent communication skills required.
• Desire and ability to act as the clinical leader of a large multispecialty practice.
• Friendly and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Educate patients and parents on treatment options and maintaining proper oral health.
• Communicate with dental staff regarding comprehensive patient treatment plans.
• Mentor and confer with Treatment Doctors on patient treatment.
• Prescribe medications as necessary.
• Carefully document all medications, diagnoses, treatments and consultations.

Salary Range: $250,000.00 - $350,000.00 Salary/year

Established, multi-specialty neighborhood practice with a growing patient foundation is looking for a highly skilled Clinical Leader to join our team!

This position offers a $25,000 Sign on Bonus!

Doctor must be proficient in the following for our established patient base:
