Our team in Flemington, NJ is looking to hire a Full-Time Clinical Director/Provider. Our office is backed by over 50 years of experience, offering a streamlined patient base and excellent earning potential. This position will help manage day to day clinical activities with some time for patient care. All applicants must have a minimum of 5+ years of clinical experience with experience as a managing clinical director or similar role preferred (proficient in basic cosmetic, preventative, and restorative care)!

Additional Responsibilities of the Dentist:

• Educate Patients (Parents of Patients) on treatment options and maintaining proper oral health
• Communicate with Dental Staff regarding comprehensive patient treatment plans
• Mentor and confer with Treatment Doctors on patient treatment
• Carefully document all medications, diagnoses, treatments and consultations
• Prescribe medications as necessary for treatment

Compensation for the Dentist:

• Base Salary: $200K-$250K/year (+ Bonus)

Schedule of the Dentist:

• Monday (9:00-6:00)
• Tuesday (10:00-7:00)
• Wednesday (9:00-6:00)
• Thursday (8:00-5:00)
• Friday (8:00-2:00)
• No Weekends!
