Job summary

Eastern Dental of Eatontown LLC in Oakhurst, NJ is hiring a DDS/DMD for a full-time position. You will diagnose and treat patients, provide general dentistry, educate on oral hygiene, and maintain treatment records with a focus on compassionate care.

We offer a guaranteed daily rate or a percentage of collections, sponsorship for work authorization, CE course allowance, flexible hours, medical benefits, PTO and holiday pay, plus senior mentorship and state‑of‑the‑art dental technology.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited U.S. dental school
• Active license to practice in NJ or eligibility for credentialing
• Ability to deliver compassionate general dentistry with high quality care
• Strong communication with patients and staff

Responsibilities

Duties and Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat patients with oral diseases
• Provide General Dentistry treatment and services to patients with clinically sound and compassionate care.
• Educate patients about oral hygiene and preventive dental care
• Monitor patient progress and maintain treatment records
• Ensure in compliance regulatory agencies, and dental board procedures
• Work with staff to provide quality patient care services
• Address clinical issues promptly and accurately
• Show dedication and provide the highest quality of care to patients

You will be paid a guaranteed hourly rate, or a percentage of your collections. Whichever is higher.

Qualifications

• DDS / DMD degree from an accredited U.S. Dental School
• Relevant NJ State Dental License active in good standing
• Ability to be credentialed with insurances and governmental insurance programs.
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficient in performing regular checkups and dental procedures
• Required skills include critical thinking, decision making, active listening, complex problem solving
