Eastern Dental, an established multi-specialty dental practice in Eatontown/Oakhurst, NJ, is seeking a patient-focused Dentist for a full-time role. The position offers a guaranteed hourly rate or a percentage of collections, whichever is higher, with strong earning potential.

You will diagnose and treat patients, educate on oral hygiene, and maintain records while ensuring compliance and delivering compassionate care. NJ license required; DDS/DMD from an accredited school.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited U.S. dental school.
• Active NJ Dental License in good standing.

• Ensure in compliance regulatory agencies, and dental board procedures
• Work with staff to provide quality patient care services
• Address clinical issues promptly and accurately
• Show dedication and provide the highest quality of care to patients

Qualifications:

• DDS / DMD degree from an accredited U.S. Dental School
• Relevant NJ State Dental License active in good standing
• Ability to be credentialed with insurances and governmental insurance programs.
