Eastern Dental of Flemington LLC is seeking a Clinical Leader to head a growing multi-specialty practice in Flemington, NJ. This full-time role offers a $25,000 sign-on bonus, a generous base pay with incentives, and a comprehensive benefits package including malpractice insurance and a 401(k) retirement plan.

The clinician will educate patients and families on treatment options, develop treatment plans, mentor staff, and ensure high-quality care across multiple specialties.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD required.
• Current, Active NJ Dental License to practice dentistry.
• CDS license required.
• DEA license required.
• Minimum 5 years' clinical dental experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to act as the clinical leader of a large multispecialty practice.

Responsibilities

• Educate patients and parents on treatment options and maintaining proper oral health.
• Communicate with dental staff regarding comprehensive patient treatment plans.
• Mentor and confer with Treatment Doctors on patient treatment.
• Prescribe medications as necessary.
• Carefully document all medications, diagnoses, treatments and consultations.
