Imagen Dental Partners is seeking a Lead Dental Assistant who is dedicated to enhancing patient experience and sharing that approach with teammates.

The role involves supervising lab tasks, sterilization, radiography protocols, chairside assistance, and implementing new technologies while coordinating with providers to maintain high standards of care.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in similar roles.
• Experience with dental software such as Dentrix/Eaglesoft/Curve/MacPractice.
• Strong knowledge of dental operations.
• Licensed as an RDA or RDAEF per state requirements.
• CPR certification and/or Radiology Certification as required by state.

• Collaborate with the doctor and team leaders on day-to-day operations and conflicts.

• Engage patients through a positive experience.
• Oversee lab work, sterilization, x-ray protocols, chairside assisting, and new technology.

Schedule

• Tuesday: 7:45-5


• Wednesday: 7:45-5


• Thursday: 7:45-5


• Friday: 7:45-5

Responsibilities

• Patients are our number one priority, and we always want to do what is best for them.


• Encourage efficient and office-focused use of time and discussions.


• Lead and participate in staff meetings with skills including facilitation, training, and problem-solving.


• Collaborate with the doctor and other team leaders on resolving conflicts that affect daily operations.


• Support of the overall goals and strategies, per the Annual Plan.


• Follow all OSHA/HIPAA guidelines.


• Engage and foster patients through a positive experience.


• Engage in the Spear Analytics Platform, Action Center, My Day, and Weekly/Monthly Reports to be accountable for the systems involved in the back-office experience.


• Supervise and monitor lab work, sterilization, x-ray protocols, chairside assisting, and new technology (Cerec, CBCT, etc.)

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience working in similar roles.


• Experience with Dental Softwares, similar to Dentrix, Eaglesoft dental software, Curve, MacPractice, etc.


• Strong knowledge of Dental operations


• Licensed as a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) or Registered Dental Assistant in Extended functions (RDAEF) as per state requirements


• State requirements such as CPR certification and/or Radiology Certification, etc.


• Demonstrated ability to meeting performance standards.
