Absolute Dental in Reno, NV seeks a Lead Dental Assistant to guide the dental assisting team and support clinical operations.

You will mentor staff, assist dentists chairside during procedures, maintain infection control, and ensure smooth daily workflow in a fast-paced office.

Competenze

• Prior dental assisting experience required.

Key Responsibilities

As a Lead Dental Assistant, you will help support clinical operations while guiding and mentoring the dental assisting team.

• Assist dentists chairside during a variety of procedures
• Help lead daily clinical flow and back-office operations
• Ensure treatment rooms are clean, organized, and fully stocked
• Take and process dental X-rays
• Maintain OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control compliance
• Support and mentor dental assistants as needed
• Maintain accurate patient records and charting
• Deliver exceptional patient care and create a positive experience for every patient

What We’re Looking For

• Prior dental assisting experience required
• Lead or leadership experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinical setting
• Positive, dependable, and team-oriented attitude
• CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus
