Qualifications

• 2+ years of Dental Assistant experience (lead experience preferred).
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the dental assisting team.
• Assist the dentist during procedures (fillings, crowns, extractions, root canals, etc.).
• Ensure smooth daily back-office operations.
• Train and mentor new dental assistants.
• Maintain clinical efficiency and high standards of care.
• Oversee sterilization, infection control, and OSHA compliance.
• Take and process dental X-rays.
• Manage supplies and inventory.
