Job summary

Reformation is seeking a Product Manager for Denim and Leather to own the full lifecycle from development to production. You will merge development and sourcing to meet aesthetics, sustainability, cost, and delivery goals, with deep expertise in denim and leather construction and vendor management.

The role requires monitoring wash processes, managing T&A, and partnering across Design, Merch, and TD to deliver on-time monthly assortments while upholding ESG commitments.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years experience in denim and leather product development, sourcing, or production.
• Proven knowledge of denim and leather fabrics, wash processes, and construction.
• Strong problem-solving and cost negotiation skills.
• High attention to detail, calendar management, and sustainability mindset.
• Ability to travel domestically/internationally as needed.

Responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of product development and production for denim and leather.
• Merge product development and sourcing responsibilities to meet aesthetic, sustainability, cost, and delivery goals.
• Partner with Design, Fabric, and Merch to deliver sustainable denim and leather development.
• Drive wash process from R&D to TOP approval and ensure standards are met.
• Own vendor allocation, source new partners, and optimize factory performance.
• Negotiate costing and terms while upholding ESG commitments.
• Manage T&A from PO placement through delivery and ensure on-time execution of monthly assortments.
• Act as central point of contact across Design, Merch, TD, Fabric, Planning and provide weekly status updates.
