Job summary

Reformation seeks a Director of Product Development to own execution across import and domestic development from pass-off to production. You will lead a cross-functional team with design, R&D, and production to keep products moving on time and on margin.

You will mentor the PD team, manage budgets, negotiate with suppliers, and ensure compliance and quality across all styles in scope.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in apparel product development, with people management experience at manager level or above.
• Experience owning costing negotiations, margin targets, and budget management.
• Proven track record in building supplier/vendor relationships and negotiating costs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full product development lifecycle from concept to production.
• Run the calendar and timelines for domestic and import development.
• Translate design direction into manufacturable products with cost and timing Feasibility.
• Own costing across channels and manage supplier margins.
• Develop and manage the department's development and production budget.
