We’re looking for skilled Carpenters who take pride in building beautiful, lasting outdoor spaces. From custom decks to porches, pergolas, and exterior upgrades, you’ll play a key role in bringing homeowners’ backyard visions to life.

What You’ll Do:

• Build and install decks, railings, stairs, pergolas, and other outdoor structures
• Read and follow blueprints, layouts, and instructions with accuracy

What You Bring:

• 8+ years of carpentry experience, preferably focused on decks or outdoor construction
• Strong knowledge of framing, layout, and finishing techniques
• Comfortable working outdoors in varied weather conditions
• Physically able to lift, climb, kneel, crawl, and maneuver materials
• Reliable, efficient, and quality-driven work ethic
• Familiarity with hand and power tools and ability to keep them in safe working order
