Red Branch Outdoor Living is seeking an experienced Crew Lead Carpenter to head residential outdoor construction projects from start to finish. You will read plans, organize the jobsite, lead a crew, and ensure craftsmanship meets high standards.

We specialize in decks, covered patios, pergolas, fireplaces, outdoor kitchens, and other outdoor living features. If you take ownership of projects and pride in your work, we want to talk.

Formación

• Prior professional carpentry experience required.
• Experience leading a construction crew.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.

Responsabilidades

• Lead residential outdoor construction projects from start to finish.
• Read and interpret plans and specifications.
• Organize the jobsite and supervise a crew.
• Address on-site challenges and ensure high craftsmanship.
