Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is hiring a Lead Day Porter to ensure cleanliness and sanitation across assigned areas. The CSR Lead will guide custodial staff and support the Custodial Supervisor with scheduling and training as needed.

The ideal candidate holds a high school diploma or GED, 1–2 years of related experience, and certifications such as CPR/AED/First Aid. Forklift certification may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 1–2 years related experience.
• CPR/AED/First Aid certification; may require valid driver’s license.
• Forklift certification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Perform janitorial duties.
• Provide work direction to custodians as directed by Custodial Supervisor.
• Operate motorized cleaning equipment.
• Schedule and train staff as needed.
• Maintain supplies inventory and track equipment maintenance.
