The role requires a high school diploma or GED, CPR/First Aid, and 1–2 years of related experience, with knowledge of cleaning methods and equipment. The position involves coordinating with the Custodial Supervisor, scheduling staff, operating cleaning equipment, and inspecting safety and quality standards to maintain a clean, safe

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CPR/AED/First Aid certification required.
• 1–2 years related custodial experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license may be required.
• Forklift certification may be required.
• Ability to read and interpret instructions and manuals.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of cleaning methods and equipment; safe handling of chemicals.

Responsibilities

• Perform janitorial duties and operate cleaning equipment.
• Provide work direction to custodians as directed by supervisor.
• Assist supervisor in scheduling and training staff.
• Schedule cleanups and repairs and track supplies.
• Report incidents, hazards, and equipment issues to supervisor.
• Monitor PPE usage and enforce safety standards.
