Job summary

SiloSmashers, Inc. is seeking a Data Visualization / BI Engineer to design, govern, and sustain high-impact dashboards across a Databricks-based platform and approved BI tools.

You will serve as the technical authority for enterprise BI, covering semantic modeling, metric layers, and secure publishing for stakeholders. You will collaborate with federal teams and cross-functional units to ensure visualizations are accurate, performant, and compliant across Power BI, Tableau, Kibana, and

Qualifications

• Must have 5+ years building and operating production-grade visualizations/dashboards.
• Experience with BI platforms and governance controls is required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the principal BI/Visualization authority for end-to-end dashboard design and visual QA.
• Design and deliver BI solutions on Power BI, Tableau, Kibana, and Databricks dashboards.
• Coordinate with privacy and governance teams on data sharing and RBAC/ABAC controls.
• Lead stakeholder enablement through demos, office hours, and training.
