Responsibilities

• Define the enterprise data stewardship operating model and governance processes.
• Identify and onboard Data Owners and Data Stewards for priority domains.
• Create role-based training and communities of practice for stewards.
• Define scorecards, escalation paths, and issue-management for data quality.
• Track ownership coverage, metadata completion, and stewardship participation to drive improvement.
• Coordinate governance decisions and domain rollout across priority data domains.
