FICO is seeking a Lead Data Scientist to build and run machine learning and Generative AI solutions in consumer applications. You will create data pipelines, develop ML models, deploy to production in AWS, monitor performance, and retrain as needed while setting ML engineering best practices.

You will lead design discussions, mentor engineers, and collaborate with product/marketing to measure impact through experiments and data-driven decisions.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master’s in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or related field with production ML experience.
• Strong Python for data engineering and ML; experience with Spark/Redshift or similar large datasets.
• Hands-on experience deploying ML models with monitoring and retraining in cloud environments.

Responsabilidades

• Build and run ML models and Generative AI solutions in production environments.
• Develop data pipelines in Python to ingest, clean, and transform large datasets.
• Deploy models to AWS, monitor performance and drift, and automate retraining.
