Qualifications

• Doctoral or professional degree required in a quantitative field.
• 5 years of applied data science, statistics, or quantitative research.
• 3 years in healthcare/public health data environments.
• 2+ years building and deploying predictive models in production.
• 3+ years leading data science teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead data science team, set goals, and ensure scientific rigor and reproducibility.
• Develop predictive models for population health, care management, and risk stratification.
• Validate models for accuracy, bias, and clinical relevance before deployment.
