Qualifications

• PhD or professional degree in a quantitative field.
• 5+ years in applied data science and statistical modeling.
• 3+ years in healthcare or population health data.
• 3+ years leading data science teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and develop a data science team with performance coaching and growth planning.
• Provide technical mentorship and establish data science standards and reproducibility practices.
• Guide AI governance activities, risk assessment, model validation, and documentation.
• Develop and operationalize predictive models for population health, care management, and forecasting.
• Collaborate with clinical informatics and stakeholders to align analytics with care delivery.
