Job summary

Allegis Group is seeking a Lead Data Scientist to join the Connected Growth & Insights team — a metrics-focused practice within Connected Shared Services. This role focuses on defining metrics, delivering Tableau dashboards, and storytelling with data for multiple OpCos. You will advance Snowflake Cortex AI initiatives to enable self-service analytics.

The ideal candidate combines strong analytics with AI/ML capabilities and a proven ability to communicate with executive stakeholders.

Qualifications

7+ years in a data science, analytics, or business intelligence role with progressive responsibility.
Strong proficiency in SQL and Tableau (or equivalent BI platform).
Experience defining and delivering business metrics and KPIs at enterprise scale.
Familiarity with Salesforce data models and CRM reporting is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Leads metrics strategy and analytics delivery for the Connected Growth & Insights team.
Designs and delivers Tableau dashboards and reports for OpCo stakeholders.
Translates data into actionable narratives for senior leadership using data storytelling.
Advances Cortex AI self-service analytics to reduce time-to-insight for experiments and rollouts.
Mentors team members on analytics best practices and data science principles.
