Job summary

Leaf Home is seeking a Data Analyst to explore data from ERP, CRM and other sources, and to deliver insights using Tableau, SQL, VS Code, Snowflake and Excel. You will present findings to executives and partner with teams across the business to drive impact.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, modeling customer metrics (CAC, CLV, retention), and turning complex data into clear, actionable recommendations. A relevant degree and strong communication are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Highly proficient in Tableau, SQL, and Excel.
• Strong understanding of data structure and how joins affect grain of a dataset.
• Knowledge of data management concepts, data modeling, and database technologies.
• Experience with modeling CAC, CLV, and retention measures.
• Experience applying advanced analytics techniques to solve business problems.

Responsibilities

• Dissect business processes using data with a problem-solving mindset.
• Query and analyze data from various data sources.
• Provide concise, logical explanations for a range of personas from C-suite to individual contributors.
• Perform regression modeling for A/B and multivariate analysis.
• Create Tableau workbooks and apply advanced Tableau formulas (LOD, Parameters).
• Create SQL queries that optimize performance.
• Collaborate with analytics teams and business units.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
