Qualifications

• 10-15 years of experience designing, building, and validating production-grade ML models using Python and SQL.
• Experience leading complex analytics initiatives and driving technical decision-making.
• Strong client-facing consulting and stakeholder management experience.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills for technical and business audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and deployment of advanced analytics and ML solutions.
• Partner with clients to translate objectives into analytical approaches.
• Analyze large datasets to uncover insights and support strategic decisions.
• Develop and validate statistical, predictive, and ML models.
• Communicate findings to executives and non-technical stakeholders.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to data scientists and analysts.
• Collaborate with data engineering, product, and business teams for end-to-end delivery.
• Establish best practices for model development, testing, and monitoring.
• Support project planning, solution architecture, estimation, and delivery.
