Nordstrom, Inc. seeks a Senior Product Manager to lead data product strategy for the Operations domain, covering Returns, Store Ops, and Customer Orders in Seattle. You will engage executive leadership to define a multi-year vision and translate it into a road map aligned with enterprise data strategy.

You will set governance, architecture direction with engineering, and build business cases for data investments at the CSCO/EVP/SVP level, mentoring analysts along the way.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product management with data strategy or enterprise architecture focus.
• Proven ability to set multi-year vision for a data domain and gain executive alignment.
• Strong ability to translate data/technical tradeoffs into business decisions.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Craft a multi-year data product vision for the Operations domain.
• Define governance, self-service data access, and platform consolidation.
• Set direction on architectural tradeoffs with engineering leadership.
• Present the data strategy to CSCO/EVP/SVP level with investment cases.
• Prioritize high-leverage data capabilities across Returns, Store Ops, and Orders.
• Mentor product managers and analysts working on the roadmap.
• Shape governance standards and domain naming, metric definitions, access models.
• Anticipate AI/ML shifts and roadmap analytical AI products built on domain data.
