Job summary

You will report to the Senior Director of IT and collaborate with cross-functional partners to optimize governance and analytics. The role emphasizes leadership, data-driven decision making, and transforming processes to support business objectives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Data Governance or related program/process management roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data analysis experience.
• Experience with cloud-based data platforms and analytics environments.
• Experience managing data quality rules, controls, and metrics.
• Proven leadership to guide and mentor teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage program and process administration and control activities for compliance.
• Develop and implement strategies for program and process management.
• Provide leadership to the PP&C team and engage stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement through data analysis and insights.
